If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. Please carefully review the following terms before making a purchase:
1. Return & Exchange Conditions
1.1 Return & Exchange Time
Return request period: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Items received after 30 days cannot be processed for return or exchange. If the item you received is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide return or exchange processing, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us. Please ensure that you first contact us via email at support@daoismlight.com
Return & Exchange Conditions:
(1) Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
(2) Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
(3) All items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
(4) Customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging items.
1.2 Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
(1) Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
(2) Damages or losses caused by the customer are non-refundable.
(3) Customized or personalized products are non-refundable.
2. Return & Exchange Process
2.1 Submit a Return/Exchange Request
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at:

In your email, please provide the following information:
Order number
Item name and quantity
Reason for return/exchange
Photos or videos of the item
2.2 Return/Exchange Confirmation
We will review your return/exchange request as quickly as possible and reply to you via email. Once confirmed, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted).
2.3 Shipping the Item Back
Please return the item along with all accessories, tags, and original packaging. Make sure the item is well-packed to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information and a signature, as we are not responsible for any lost return/exchange items.
2.4 Exchange Processing
If you request an exchange, we will arrange to send the new item once we receive and confirm the returned item is in good condition. Please note that the availability and price of the item may change, and exchanges may be affected.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-8 business days.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 2-3 business days.
If you do not receive the refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. If the refund has not been posted, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund officially appears. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@daoismlight.com.
3.2 Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, quality issues), we will provide a full refund.
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., don’t like, ordered the wrong item/size), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Order Cancellations
If you contact us in a timely manner after making a purchase, we can cancel your order.
If your payment is completed and the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered, and we will provide a full refund. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
5. Additional Information
Price Adjustments: Item prices may change during the sale period. If you have already purchased the item but the price drops, we do not offer a refund of the price difference.
Stock Issues: If the item required for an exchange is out of stock, we will provide a full refund or you can choose another item for exchange.
